Wasagamack Anisinew Nation
Wasagamack First Nation School
The Wasagamack First Nation School, inaugurated in 2020, caters to a student population of 700 across grades K4-12. The school boasts a range of facilities, including a gym with a weight room, a home economics class, an industrial arts shop, a well-equipped computer lab, and a dedicated science lab.
Offering unique classes such as Industrial Arts, Land-Based Learning, Advanced Science, Home Economics, and Music, the school provides a diverse and comprehensive educational experience for its students.
In February 2024, alongside 20 Anisinew Nations, Wasagamack officially changed their name from Wasagamack First Nation to Wasagamack Asiniew Nation.
