
Growing up and schooling in different countries across the globe, Kwabena was exposed to different cultures, ways of living and learning. This experience helped Kwabena recognize the differences in access to resources depending on various socio-economic factors.
Kwabena developed an interest in Economics and decided to pursue an undergraduate degree in Commerce and Economics at Mount Allison University (MTA), New Brunswick, Canada, and a subsequent post-graduate degree at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver. Kwabena had the opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant during his studies which developed his interest in teaching and community development.
Recently completing a Data Analyst certification with NPower Canada, Kwabena brings his experience in data analytics, teaching and research to Gakino’amaage.
