Gakijiwanong Anishinaabe Nation was formerly called Lac La Croix First Nation. We are pleased to support Gakijiwanong Anishinaabe Nation in celebrating this name change.

Zhingwaako Zaaga’Iganing Private School offers classes from Junior Kindergarten to grade 12. Facilities include a computer lab, SMART Board and iPad enabled classrooms, and a gym. The teachers and staff strive to create an inclusive school community and work hard to incorporate Ojibwe language, culture, and practices by working with Elders and community members.
