Reconciliation & Indigenous Education Discussion Group
Teachers can play an important role in Reconciliation. Teach For Canada invites educators to register for UBC’s Reconciliation Through Indigenous Education online course and to join us during weekly discussion groups. Teachers will gain a better understanding of how to incorporate Indigenous histories, perspectives, and approaches to learning in thoughtful and respectful ways.
Discussion groups will be held every Thursday from October 24th – November 28th, 6-7 PM EST. Teachers will participate virtually through online video. Remember to also register for the UBC course here to receive course materials.
