Brandon Otway is an Ontario-trained teacher that has taught in the NWT, Nunavut, NWO, Montana, and most recently, Minnesota. He has his bachelor of elementary ed from Lakehead University and a master’s of education in early childhood special education from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He has taught everything from preschool  special ed through ninth grade in his fifteen years of teaching. His early childhood team in MN won the teaching team of the year in 2023 and he led the creation of an outdoor classroom which opened in the fall of 2024.

Brandon is a passionate leader that has experience training and coaching teaching teams and developing educational systems of practices using the latest evidence-based best practices.
