Community Engagement Manager

Jillian Scott is a community-centred nonprofit professional with over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, land-based education, and program development. Originally trained as a biologist at the University of Saskatchewan, her career has moved through environmental reclamation and ecological land stewardship into community building and nonprofit administration. Throughout her work, she has remained committed to equity, respect, and collaboration.

She has supported grassroots organizations in strengthening internal systems and developing policies rooted in community values and priorities. Her work emphasizes long-term, reciprocity-based relationships that centre partnership, consultation, and trust. Whether organizing events, developing programming, or supporting local partners, Jillian brings warmth and integrity to every space she works in.

Jillian lives on Treaty 4 Territory (Regina, Saskatchewan), where she enjoys spending time with her two young-adult children, digging in her garden, chatting with neighbours, and exploring the Prairies.
